It is a kind of white powder, mositure is NMT 14.0%, particle size 100-200mesh, soluble in water and hydrochloride acid.
Usage:
Tri-Calcium Citrate is mainly used for calcium supplement, in foods as calcium fortifier. It is also as anti-caking agent in drying mixes.
