Power Transformer Radiator Production Line
The FIVESTAR Radiator Production Line provides a comprehensive solution for the production of header-type panel radiators. Our designs combine innovative design principles, unique control features, and quality construction to make the machines straightforward, versatile, and affordable.
The whole line is composed of automatic decoiler, roll form press machine, magnetic turning table, multiple spot welder, side seam welding machine, head welding machine, side shearing machine, head cutting machine, and controlling cabinets, etc. The sizes of radiators are 320, 460, 480, 520, 535, or custom-design (as per client's actual requirement). This line is a fully automatic production line from coil strips to well-made radiator panels, all the processes are finished online. All parameters are set on HMI, the operating is very convenient.

The production line is the fully automatic line for the transformer radiator panel manufacturing. It mainly consists of decoiler, roll forming and pressing, spot welding machine, seam welding machine, head welding machine, edge shearing, and head cutting. It is the high technology product line for the radiators, all the processes are automatical working to ensure the high quality.

- for all the components manufactured by us: 12 months after the delivery of the machine (invoice date);
- for all the purchased components: the same warranty supplied to us by the Manufacturer.
