Powerful Electric Torque Impact Wrench for Heavy Machinery
P1B type electric impact wrench is an efficient tool for mechanization of loading and unloading bolts (female).
It adopts double-insulated series-excited motor, which is easy to use, long life and convenient maintenance.
It can replace the hand tool loading and unloading, not only greatly reduce the operator's physical labor, and fast.
Widely used in automobile, tractor, construction, petroleum, chemical industry, railroad, bridge, geological survey, metallurgy, power and other industries of production and maintenance.
1. Power part: double-insulated series-excited motor.
2. Deceleration part: one-stage planetary gear deceleration structure.
3. Working part: composed of main shaft, impact block, pressure spring, steel ball, etc. The main shaft and impact block adopt herringbone groove structure, and the steel ball is embedded in the middle of it to play the role of sliding key.
4. Operating part: its electric wrench in the handle is equipped with a boat-type forward and reverse switch, which can turn on and off the flow of electricity, but also can change the working part of the steering.
