Applications

Product Advantages
1. PCM usually refers to the surface treatment of the substrate and then coated (roller coating) or bonded organic film and coating products, which can be further processed into the final product.
2. PCM turns the traditional spray coating into a continuous coating of steel plates, which is far more uniform, stable and ideal than the quality obtained by spraying or brushing a single piece of molded metal surface, and the process is more environmentally friendly.

Our service to you:
- Packing of steel products is divided into 2 packing types. Standard packing and custom packing.
- Steel products for home appliance applications are packed with reinforced metal packing, on wooden pallets. The size of each pack is in accordance with customers' requirements.
- Each pack is first wrapped with humidity resistant paper to prevent moisture.
- After being wrapped in paper, the corners are protected with metal corner guards to prevent any damage during transport.
- The whole pack is then bundled with reinforced packing straps to hold and prevent steel sheets from shifting during transport.
- For export requirements, fumigated wood is available for packing.

We have long-term co-operation with many transport companies. Each time steel products are loaded or unloaded, we will supervise every detail considering safety of the products and people for our customers.

- When loading and unloading of products, each pack is secured prior to lifting to assure packs are stable and we take special attention to avoid any damages occur by impact.
- On dispatch of products, we will provide all necessary documentation such as packing lists, ETD, ETA, etc. ensuring products reach their destination most quickly and safely.
