SuperAir Pre-Installation Plastic Box is an in-wall enclosure specifically designed for the pre-installation phase of HVAC air conditioning systems. It is typically embedded in the wall during the construction phase, allowing for the safe and organized placement of copper pipes, electrical cables, and condensate drain hoses. This box not only facilitates easier installation of the air conditioning unit but also ensures a cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Preparation

• Select the Right Box: Choose the appropriate pre-installation box based on the type of air conditioning unit and the specific installation requirements. For example, select a box with horizontal or vertical outlets as needed.
• Check for Damage: Upon receipt, inspect the box for any visible damage. If damaged, do not proceed with the installation and contact the supplier.

Installation Steps

1. Wall Opening: Make an opening in the wall at the designated location where the air conditioning unit will be installed. Ensure the dimensions of the opening match the box size.
2. Install the Box: Carefully place the pre-installation box into the wall opening. Secure it in place using the provided fixing screws.
3. Connect Pipelines: Install the insulated copper tubes, drainage pipes, and electrical cables through the access points of the box. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
4. Protect During Construction: If the wall is to be painted or other construction activities are ongoing, cover the box with the provided cover to protect the internal components.
5. Final Installation: Once the construction is complete, remove the cover. Proceed with the installation of the split air conditioning unit directly onto the pre-installation box.
