This is the front-end process of blasting bead forming. After the powder-coated and rounded grain-like spherical materials enter the sodium alginate solution, they react for the first time to form a surface coating layer. No exposed particles of powder can completely wrap the glue and flow into the next process. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and is easy to clean. (Note: The automatic feeding device is an optional accessory).

The preforming machine includes automatic liquid feeding, feeding, particle dispersing preforming and discharging devices. It is used to evenly disperse the powder-coated and rounded particles in the molding liquid and react to produce explosive beads. There are two modes: automatic (for example: red beans, highland barley, etc.) and semi-automatic (for example: water chestnuts), which can better meet the needs of production with different material characteristics. Each preforming machine contains 2-4 sets of mixing and forming barrels to achieve continuous feeding and discharging to maintain the continuity of production.
