Masking Film with Double-heads Tapes/ Double Sides Pre-taped Masking Film
It is also called roll-masker, which is a single layer or zigzag folded film laminated 50:50 overlapped with the right fit purpose masking tape on both ends.
Material needed are high temperature and tear resistant fine line masking tapes for the sharp and thin paint edge design and a high temperature resistant large area masking film to protect the main color from overspray.

* Crepe paper tape + masking film + crepe paper tape
* Crepe paper tape + masking film + PVC fine line tape
* PVC fine line tape + masking film + PVC fine line tape
Application:
Mainly used for masking sections for auto body, bumper and instrument desk during spray process for autos, trains and planes.
Features:
* 2 in 1 material which combines the fine line tape and the over-masking film, both adapted to the size of the car.
*On top customized applicators to allow a narrow tolerance and fast masking application.
*It saves human power and shortens the preparing time for painting.
*High temperature resistance: 120ºC for 30 minutes at least.
*Demasking at cold and warm temperature without tearing.
*No glue residue after demasking.
Dimensions can be customized according to different car models.

About us
The Company started by converting masking tapes since 17 years ago. After years of development, JILE has been integrating a complete set of production processes such as film blowing, tape converting, pre-taped masking film roll processing, cork lamination and packaging etc. By 2023, JILE has more than thirty purpose-built production lines with over seventy employees.
JILE devotes itself to developing and manufacturing stable high temperature resistant masking products and devising innovative solutions for automotive painting industry, especially for the masking needs from two tone car painting.
So far, we have developed and manufactured the 180ºC high temperature resistant masking film successfully. This high temp film has been recognized by many customers and widely used in many OEMs including Volkswagen, Nissan, Toyota, Geely, DPCA, BEIJING HYUNDAI, BYD, Great Wall, Leap Motor, Baic Group etc.
