A: For products in stock, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, considering the high international shipping costs, we recommend ordering at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the specific colors, patterns, and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) required.
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?

3.How do you control the quality ?
A: We have dedicated quality control (QC) teams who meticulously inspect every order before it is shipped.
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Absolutely. Free samples of our regular products are available, although the shipping cost will need to be covered. For custom carpet samples, there is a sampling fee plus shipping costs (refer to No.14-14 for custom request details before quoting).

A: Yes, certainly. Please provide us with detailed requirements for your customized logo.
6.What is your payment terms ?
You can pay via L/C, Paypal, T/T, and other available methods. Feel free to contact us for other payment terms.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Typically, in-stock products are shipped within 3-4 days after the payment, upon receiving a 30% deposit. Customized orders take approximately 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the order quantity.
8. How do I know if you will delivery the goods after we pay you the deposit ?
We are part of the trade assurance program, providing you peace of mind with your order.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. Choose delivery by air, sea, or express. The default port is Jinzhou Port, but other ports are available upon request.
