SGE series electrostatic precipitator is a device that uses high-voltage electrostatic principle to purify dusty gas. That is, high-voltage electrostatic field is formed after high-voltage direct current is added to the anode and cathode. The gas is ionized under the action of the electric field force, generating a large number of electrons and ions. When the dusty gas enters the electric field, the dust particles combine with these electrons and ions to charge the dust particles. Under the action of the electric field force, the charged dust particles quickly tend to the electrode with opposite electrical properties. After comparison, the SGE series high-voltage electrostatic precipitator releases the charge on the electrode and deposits on the electrode. When the dust deposition island reaches a certain amount, the dust falls into the ash hopper through the action of the vibration device. The purified gas with dust particles removed by the SGE series high-voltage electrostatic precipitator is discharged into the atmosphere through the electric field.
