8. Packaging
For optimal protection during transit, we highly recommend wooden box packaging to prevent damage.
9. Product Inspection
Upon receipt, meticulously check the product for any packing damage, leaks, or defects. Verify the product quantity and accessories against your order specifics. Should any issue arise, promptly photograph and report it to us for immediate assistance.
10. Warranty Period
We provide a comprehensive one-year warranty, covering free component replacements for non-deliberate damages. Benefit from lifelong maintenance services; post-warranty, component and shipping fees may apply.
On-site debugging and training are available upon request, with associated travel and accommodation expenses covered by the customer. This includes round-trip airfare and complimentary lodging and meals.
The 12-month warranty commences upon the machine's arrival. Should any issues arise, our engineers are dispatched within 24 hours to resolve them. Maintenance support continues even post-warranty. Each machine is accompanied by English manuals for operation and maintenance guidance.
