Premium Preformed Tension Clamp for Opgw Fiber Optic Cables

Tension Clamp for OPGW Fiber Optical Cables is used for OPGW terminal fixation. It is designed for two layers of structural reinforcing rods and tension rods can distributed the axial load and radial pressure is evenly, to minimaize the impact on the optical unit. It has excellent anti fatigue properties.

For use on:
This kind of clamp is used for connection between cable and linear support or support with corner or elevation angle more than 25°.
The concrete configurations: For terminal pole/tower-one to one; for strain/splicing/corner pole/tower -two to one.

Strain Clamp: Aluminium alloy
Pre-formed Armour Rod Wire : Aluminium alloy;

U-Type Holder: Aluminium alloy, breaking load : 80kN, 120kN;
PD-Type Plate:Hot-dip galvanized steel, breaking load : 80kN, 120kN;
Shackle: Hot-dip galvanized steel, GB fitting.


Preformed Tension clamp for OPGW cable can protect cables and improve anti vibration function. With Special design, preformed tension clamp can ensure the strain clamp wouldn't generate stress concentration which can damage OPGW cables so as to ensure the normal life of cable system.

According to different breaking load products are separated into 60kN, 80kN, 100kN, 120kN.
