As the name suggests, the figure 8 blind plate is shaped like the number "8", which is formed by two circular metal plates connected by a short bar in the middle, and the whole shows a unique three-dimensional structure.
The two round plates, one of which is a solid blind plate without any holes, are used to completely cut off the pipeline path; The other piece is a concentric plate with holes, and the number and size of the holes are matched with the diameter and design flow of the connected pipeline, so as to realize the normal flow of the pipeline.
This ingenious design enables the 8-figure blind plate to flexibly switch the on-off state of the pipeline under different working conditions.
Common materials are carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Carbon steel material cost is relatively low, has a certain strength, suitable for some corrosion requirements are not high, working conditions are more conventional industrial pipes, such as ordinary steam heating pipes, some water supply and drainage pipes.
