Q: Can your products be used with solar energy?
A: Yes, of course. Our products can be used with solar inverters, many of our customers have been using this, the effect is very good.
Q: How is the waterproof performance of the submersible motor? How deep can it work normally underwater?
A: Our submersible motors and pumps adopts advanced waterproof technology and sealing design, all of our products has obtained IP68 certification with excellent waterproof performance. It can work normally underwater at a depth of 100 meters,and have an insulation grade of F. All of our products has been strictly tested and verified, you can use it with complete confidence.
Q:What kind of payment method do you use?
A: We accept T/T payment. And we generally receive 30% of the total amount of the order as a deposit, we will start production after receiving the deposit and deliver the goods after receiving the balance.
