Product Description
SUNION Class S-1560 is a linear tri-block and pure SI hybrid product, using styrene and isoprene as monomers, and a thermoplastic elastomer synthesized by anion. The product is compact particle, and it has transparent or translucent particle appearance ,which is similar to most of the hard plastic ,with 15% styrene content and 66% the di-block content. The advantages of S-1560 are material pipeline, high efficiency and low labor costs by twin screw extrusion modification or direct injection produce process.

APPLICATIONS
1. Adhesive tape application
S-1560 has good resilience, and containing 66% SI di-block, with certain cohesion, to improve the initial viscosity. Hence it can be used for tape glue application, which can meet the surface initial viscosity of the tape, also can
prevent adhesive tape degumming hidden problem. Meanwhile, the SI di-block indicate that the processing performance improves and the melt viscosity decreases, therefore improving the coating effect of hot melt adhesive.
2. Label glue application
This product also has a good initial viscosity and cohesive strength, which can be used in combination with the high SI two block products, so as to maintain the high initial viscosity of the label and good die-cutting effect. Secondly, it can improve the disadvantage of low cohesion of high SI block products, and effectively reduce the problem of degumming or migration of label glue. Thirdly, it can improve the temperature resistance of the label and effectively improve the degradation of label glue due to environmental temperature rise.
