Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, which is relatively more easy to be dyed than spandex, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the dyed elastic band.

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming private label elastic band.

Weaving the greige of the private label elastic band made of nylon and covered spandex to be piece dyed. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the dyed and finished elastic webbing.

Dyeing the greige of embossed custom logo elastic webbing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine, then ironing the dyed elastic band by fusing machine when necessary to get more consistent dimension.

Inspecting the embossed logo or pattern jacquard elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

Packing the private label underwear use jacquard elastic into bale or spool with waterproof bags, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
