Scope of application
Packaging boxes for food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc., magazines and textbooks
Use method
1. Mix thoroughly before use, park for 3-5 minutes for printing, and seal and save after use;
2. UV curing immediately after glazing;
3. when sealing the screen, use screen cleaning agent to clean, until the solvent is completely volatile before printing;
4.when printing especially thick ink layer, considering that after printing after UV light solidifying machine after the heat is too high to cause anti-stick phenomenon, with a thousand layer frame (dry frame) or erected to volatilize part of the heat after stacking;
5. printing scraper tilt, printing machine function to "stop or screen", mesh thinning, printing scraper pressure adjustment can increase the thickness of UV varnish. The speed of UV light fixing machine and the ambient temperature can affect the surface leveling.
Matters needing attention
1. it is recommended to use solvent resistant, alkali resistant and alcohol resistant ink printing;
2. Add 5%-10% thinner to dilute;
3. If drying is too slow, the paper walking speed can be appropriately reduced. If the drying is still not complete, it may be that the power of the UV lamp is too low, and it is recommended to use the radiation instrument for testing, and the lamp is recommended to be replaced after 800 hours;
4. this product has a certain irritation, avoid direct skin contact, if contact with detergent to clean;
5. the product should be placed in cool, dry and ventilated conditions, away from heat.
