Carbon Fiber Composite Curing Ovens are fully programmable curing oven for pre-preg carbon fibre automotive parts, airplane parts etc.
Carbon fiber is one of the world three big high-performance fibers, the strength of the nine times that of steel, weigh only a quarter of the steel, resistant to strong acid, alkali, high modulus, low resistance, fatigue resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistant, radiation absorption, thermal stability (not heat bilges cold shrink), harmless to organisms such as extremely superior features, are widely used in aerospace industry.
The series curing oven is ready to program the cycle, so that it is heated at a certain speed, when it reaches the requested temperature it is able to maintain it for a while and finally it cools at a speed also controlled.
