1. Description :
Tube/Pipes sand blasting machine is designed for Stainless Steel tubes/pipes outer and inner surfaces treatment.
The sandblasting machine is specially customized for stainless steel pipe manufacturers, which is used for the surface treatment of outer wall and inner wall of the round pipes . This set of equipment is mainly composed of sandblasting chamber, spray gun walking mechanism, trolley walking and space rotating mechanism, etc., to clean and remove the oxide and rust film inside and outside the round pipe, so as to obtain a fine bright surface and improve the tensile and compressive strength of the workpiece. The sandblasting pressure, Angle, distance,can be adjusted according to the processing requirements of the workpiece to achieve the ideal surface effect. After the operator sets the relevant parameters, the workpiece is rotated for sandblasting, which is very convenient. After the sandblasting process is completed, the sandblasting mechanism uses compressed air to blow off the sand stuck on the surface of the workpiece, and the trolley automatically pushes out the workpiece, which solves the environmental pollution problem in the traditional pipe sandblasting production process.
2. Machine Suitable for Which Pipe Size Range :
We have two type of sandblasting machine.
One is suitable for pipes with diameter of 12MM to 219MM,
and another suitable for pipes with diameter of 159mm to 530mm.
Length is not limited,can adjusted as your production request.
3. Why need to do pipe surface sand blasting ?
To get the perfect surface,Pipe manufactuers need sand blasting process after anneal and pickled of pipe.
Also some pipe manufactuer need to do surface sand blasting after pipe be polished.
