PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Tflex 700 is a 5 W soft gap filler thermal interface material with good thermal properties and high conformability. The soft interface pad conforms to part topography resulting in little or no stress on the part and mating chassis or components. The unique silicone and ceramic filler technology allows for a combination of high conformability and high thermal performance. tflex 700 remains stable from -40°C to 200°C. With its natural adhesion, it does not require any additional material to be applied. Naturally tacky, it does not require additional adhesive coatings to inhibit thermal performance.
