Optical Yarn sensors are able to be used in Winding, doubling, texturing or Elasticizers and so on.
Main Function
Optical yarn sensor can detect the working of various yarns on textile machines. If the yarn breaks or stops, yarn sensor will indicate a default situation and give the information to the operator by means of LED or give signal to stop device or yarn cutter.
Working Principle
As the thread passes through an infrared beam, the variations are processed by the electronic circuits of the optical yarn sensor.
