| PLC Controller A simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need. The display allows you to set the desired temperature and heating time accurately, and turn on / off the fan. Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The control panel also includes a variety of safety devices, including alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc. |
| Italy RIELLO Gas Burner Italy imported RIELLO diesel burner, takes full use of fuel, rapdily raises to required temperature, Max. reach to 250ºC (normally 180ºC for heating 15-20mins). Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output. |
| Oven Wall Materials Insulation material is 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm, with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall. It is an optimal design for minimum temperature dropping. |
