Application

1. Used as a protein coagulant and food preservative;
2. Calcium salts of gluconic acid, ferrous salts, bismuth salts and other salts have been widely used in chemotherapy;
3. The metal complex of gluconic acid is widely used as a masking agent for metal ions in alkaline systems;
4. The aqueous solution is used as a food sour agent, preparation of sake, washing agent;
5. Use as Galalith remove agent for produce equipment of dairy factory.
6.Other: metal surface treatment,Steel surface cleaning agent,Cleaning agent for glass industry,Chelating agent for cement,Concrete retarder and water-reducing agent.
