KZ type wide channel pulp pump is a new type pulp pump developed by our company on the basis of absorbing foreign technology. The structure of the pump determines that the concentration of the conveying medium is relatively high in closed and semi-open pumps, and the medium passing ability is strong, the axial force is small, the damage to the shaft and the bearing is small, and the energy consumption is low, so its operation is stable, the noise is low, and the maintenance is convenient. The pump adopts a single stage and single suction cantilever structure, which can disassemble or install the impeller, the rear wear-resistant plate, the shaft seal parts and the bearing frame without disassembling the pump inlet and outlet pipelines.
