Product Description
PVF (Polyvinyl Fluoride) coated steel Bundy tube has been adopted for brake lines, transmission cooler lines and power steering hard tubes , and many others. PVF coating of Bundy tubes typically looks dark green and nearly black. It has very good corrosion resistance. In the manufacture process, the tubes shall be firstly electro-plated with zinc , chromated to enhance the zinc plating performance, and then coated with a layer of PVF to finally isolate the metal from outside environment.
Mainly sizes are:4.76×0.70mm,6.35×0.70mm,8×0.70mm,9.53×0.70mm,10×0.70mm,12×0.70mm other size like:4.00×0.5mm,3.18×0.7mm,2.60×0.50mm is also produced according the requirements.other sizes can be achieved after discussion.
