Q1:What about the quality?
A:Third party inspections are always welcomed as part of our dedication to the industry, we do make arrangements for such inspections-ABS,DNV,BV,ect.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock. That is according to quantity.
Q3:Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q4: How can I get a sample to check your quality? How long can I get the sample?
A:After price confirmed, FREE SAMPLE could be provided for your evaluation. After you confirm the sample details, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days and will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
Q5:May I customize the steel pipe?
A:Yes, of course. We can manufacture according to your requirement and you can send the CAD or design drawing to us.
Q6:Any Value-added Services?
