Product Description
QPYG series pneumatic spider is used to hold drill pipe, tubing, casing and other pipe strings in oilfield workover operations. It is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K specifications. It has the features of simple structure, durability and wide range of functions, which can realize manual, pneumatic or hydraulic operation, and is an ideal special clamping tool in oilfield work-over operations.
A. Model B(QPYG.1), Model C(QPYG.2,QPYG.2A)and Model CHD(QPYG.3,QPYG.3A)pneumatic Spiders are designed for light, medium and heavy-duty operation, with a wide range of applicability.
B. Spiders are made of high quality alloy steel, the selection of perfect heat treatment process, greatly enhance the stiffness and durability.
C. Spiders are equipped with a manual safety latch. Close the safety latch when slip body assy fall to clamp the pipe, the spider cylinder is locked, effectively ensuring the safety. spider cylinder can work normally when the safety latch is opened.
D. Spiders are driven the cylinder by compressing air,to lift or put down the slip body. it reduces the labor intensity of workers. And it has improved efficiency, safe and reliable, easy to operate, reasonable structure, which is an ideal tool.
