A:This model only measures air temperature and relative humidity, wind speed and direction, PM2.5/10+noise. It's our hot sale one and has special offer, but we can customize for you if other sensors needed.
Q: Do you have cloud/web platform?
A: Yes, we have English cloud/web platform. We'll add it if relative functions needed, such as real-time monitoring and send alarm, etc.
Q: Can you provide technical support?
A: Yes, we usually will provide remote technical support for after-sale service via email, phone, video call, etc.
Q: Can you provide service like installation and training for tender requirements?
A: Yes, if needed, we can dispatch our professional technicians to install and make training at your local place. We have related expierence before.

A: At least 5 years long. Every sensor has its own calibration certificate or testing report issued by professional testing
institute.
Q: May I have detailed installation video?
A: Yes, we have specific installation video as per brackets(tower) of different height. If needed, we can send it to learn about
the automatic weather station, or learn how to install after receiving goods.
Q: How can I read data?
A: First, you can read data on the LDC screen of data logger. Second, you can install our included software to read, inquire and
download data. We have detailed manual for you.
Q: Can this device transmit data wirelessly?
A: Yes, it can realize wireless transmission via GPRS(SIM), Wifi, Lora, RJ45 Ethernet, Lora, etc.
Q: What kind of power supply we could choose?
A: Basically AC220V, also can use solar panel as power supply, but battery not supplied because of strict international transportation requirement.
