Q 1. What service do we offer?
Answer: We are a professional manufacturer of Projected Capacitive Touch Panel/Screen and can help you design and do customized Touch Panel.
Q 2. How long could I get the reply of my inquiry?
Answer: Buyers will receive a answer within 12 hours.
Q 3.What is the delivery time?
Answer: For samples:15-20 days after getting the sample fee (Professional Custom-made)
For cargo:25-30 days after the receipt of funds.
Q 4.What is the payment term?
Answer: T/T, Paypal and Western union etc.
For samples: payment in advance.
For mass production: 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment
Q 5. How do you control the quality of the items?
Answer: Each product will be strictly tested one by one before shipping out.
Q 6. How long is the warranty?
Answer: Generally the warranty period is one year. It depends on different products.
Q 7. How is after sales service?
Answer: Our sales & engineer will provide the sustained support, guidance of technique

Answer: The packing with anti-static bag+ bubble bag +foam box +strong outer carton.

Answer: For small order & quantity, the goods will be shipped by the express like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS,EMS with customers own account.
For cargo with the large packing, Adopting Air or sea and freight collect also from the buyer.
