Culture paper production line
The whole production line of culture paper machine includes boiler , paper pulping system, culture paper making machine and related machines.Usually, there are two kinds of paper pulping system.
1.if your raw materials are wood , bamboo, sugarcane bagasse etc, then it will need chemical pulping system. This chemical pulping system need more investment costs and highly advanced technical environment measures.It is suitable for large scale factories. This pulping system usually needs high speed fourdrinier paper making machine.
2.The other pulping system is recycled paper pulping system. Its raw materials could be used waste paper ,used books , magazines etc.Its paper making machine is cylinder machine.Its capacity is small scale. It is suitable for medium and small factories.
3.This production line can use the waste paper,wooden,bamboo as raw materials to produce the tissue paper jumbo rolls.It also can use the waste water recycling and reuse process and reduce the pollute.
