High-alumina based and corundum based self-flow castables are advanced products for steel ladle, whose curing anddensification during installation can be done without vibration, so that labor intensity and cost can be reducedsignificantly.While high-alumina based castable is typically used for safety lining, corundum-based castable is applied typically atbottom and for the filling around seating block.
This product features good flow ability, suitable setting time, labor-saving, high-strength, long service life, goodinsulation, and high temperature resistance, superior resistance to thermal shock and good erosion-corrosion resistance.
