Refrigerator Cabinet & Door Body Foaming Machine by Rotary Type
Product Summary & Main Parameters:
This foaming line is a kind of rotary type and 7 or 8 stations cabinet/door body foaming device for refrigerator, which is mainly used on PU foaming of cabinet/door body. It consists of Main frame, rotary frame, foaming mold frame, hydraulic pressure driver, locale device, opening & closing system, injection loading system, type-recognized system, and equipped hydraulic system, electric controller system, etc.
This foaming line has its following order as manual loading & unloading, automatic cycling injection, rotary closing mold, cylinder block mold, solidified, cylinder unblocking, lower mold frame declining to original position for opening mold, taking completed cabinet & door body in manual and so on.
Each model of fixtures uses water heating method.
