The ZDR-12 ionization vacuum gauge can be connected to one hot cathode ionization gauge (ZJ-12 ultra-high vacuum ionization gauge). It can control the output of up to four relay contact points and also has functions such as analog output and serial communication. It is suitable for the measurement and control of ultra-high vacuum.
