[Application scope and technical characteristics]
When disaster occurs in underground mines. A large diameter well (560mm or more) will be drilled from the surface to the roadway or underground refugee cavern. Rescue capsule can be deployed to rescue trapped people from deep underground. In order to ensure life safety oxygen generator, safety belt, harmful gas detection device and video/audio communication' system have been deployed in the rescue capsule. During the recuse process, rescuers can monitor victims conditional and communicated with them in real time.

In-site experiment of ZMK5200QJY40 underground mining rescue hoisting system, was successfully accomplished in Jincheng Qinxui Coal Mine co., LTD, Shanxi, China. Independently developed CCTEG Xi'an Research Institute, ZMK5200QJY40 rescue system is composed f rescue capsule, aid ascending car, communication system, life support system and other parts. It can be used in multi-situation rescue and meet the demand of large diameter well vertical well rescue.
The test was successfully accomplished in a vertical well with 298 meter deep. During 20 times test, conditions was simulated, manned experiment where rescue capsule was lifted from underground refugee cavern to the surface was successfully conducted.
