Product Description
Application of predispersed masterbatch resorcinol-R-80:
Resorcinol-R-80 is made of high-purity resorcinol mixed with polymer and dispersant.
Resorcinol-R-80 is used as an adhesive between rubber and textiles and metals. During processing, it can be used together with formaldehyde donors such as H-80 to form resorcinol-80 bonded rubber and textiles or steel cords. Formaldehyde-resin system that enables rubber to bond tightly to textiles or metal objects. Resorcinol-80 is easy to disperse during mixing, which can avoid the characteristics of pure crystalline resorcinol being easy to volatilize during mixing.
Resorcinol-80 is non-flying and easy to disperse. Suitable for automatic weighing to ensure accurate weighing.
Application fields:
Suitable for tires and general rubber products.
Dosage:
Usually 3-4 servings
Product properties:
- Composition: a mixture of 80% resorcinol and 20% polymer and dispersant
- Appearance: white to light brown columnar particles.
- Density (20°C): about 1.09 g/cm3
Package:
20kg PE bags in cartons; or quantitative packaging according to customer requirements.
