Reverse Gravure Roll Coating Machine for Release Paper, Release Film
Introduction:
The reverse gravure roll coating machine is used mainly for solventless silicone release paper and release film. The machine is characteristic of high speed and high precision control, with smart machine design and high-standard electric configuration.
The coating of base paper can be classified into single-sided coating and double-sided coating. Single-sided coating is to coat only one side of the base paper; double-sided coating is to coat both sides of the base paper.
Flow Process:
Unwinding --> Corona Treating --> Coating --> Drying --> Winding
Applications:
Release paper, release PE film, release PET film

Coating Method: Five-roller coating, or gravure roller coating
Substrate Materials: 0-250gsm paper, 12-60gsm PET film
