Usage:
This is a singe-pressure, automatic-rotation continuous tablet extruder, newly developed in our factory, used for the production of normal-or abnormal-shaped tablets out of granular materials, applicable mainly in the pharmaceutical industry and in the chemical, food, electronic, plastic and powder metallurgical industries as well.
Characteristics:
L Fitted with an all-enclosed housing made of stainless steel to meet the requirements specified in GMP standard.
L Provided with a transparent glass window, convenient in clear observation of the machine working and easy to be opened for internal cleaning and maintenance.
L Characteristic of high pressure, large range of the tablet diameter and suitability for the production of normal-, abnormal-, and ring-shaped tablets, and special adaptability to multiple products in small quantities.
L Advantageous in the introduction of electromechanical integration and installation of all the controllers and the adjustment devices on one side of the machine for easy operation.
L Equipped with a pressure overload protection apparatus to prevent any damage to the machine.
L Adoption of an oil immersion transmission system mounted in its sealed state under the machine body for the extension of its service life and prevention of any cross pollution possible.
