Q: Can we order sample before the mass production?
A: Yes, we can ship the sample for free, but the freight need to be taken care of by yourself.
Q: How do I pay the freight?
A: Please contact us and send us your email address, company name, shippping address, Phone number, Consignee, we will send you our bank account for payment.
Q: How long we can receive the sample?
A: Normally, sample can be shipped out by express(DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, etc) in 3 days after we receive the payment. And Tracking Number will be sent to you for tracking.
Q: Can we put our LOGO in the product?
A: Yes, we can put the LOGO in the product, you need to send the drawing and we will put the LOGO in the product and send drawing to you for approval before production.
Q: How do you ship the product?
A: we normally ship the product by express(DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT etc) for the small parts, we can also ship the product to your forwarder if you have one in China. Also, we can ship the product by air, by sea according to customer requirement. And Tracking Number will sent to you for tracking the goods.
Q: How long it normally takes for shipping the goods?
A: Normally it take 3-5 days by express, 7-10 days by air shipment, and 20-40 days for sea shipment.
