Rubber Accelerator CZ(CBS) is one kind of mostly used after-effect accelerator. Comparing to thiazole accelerator, it enjoys strong scorch resistance, short vulcanizing time, and can improve the tensile stress at a given elongation for vulcanized rubber. It discolors slightly and does not bloom. The vulcanized rubber enjoys high ageing stability. This product is mainly used to manufacture tyres, hoses, adhesive tapes, rubber shoes and cables, etc.
While in use, it should be mixed with zinc oxide and stearic acid, and Accelerator TMTD, TMTM, PZ, D or other alkaline accelerator should be taken as auxiliary accelerator. It can also be activated by Accelerator M and DM. Normal dosage is 0.5-2portions.

Our Plant
One of our plants is located in the Zheshang Science and Technology Park in Jiashan, Zhejiang. This plant is at the center of prosperous Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai economic zone, and has achieved fasr and sustainable growth since the establishment due to strong market demand and our outstanding research and quality control capabilities.
This plant can provide high quality masterbatches, homoginizer, vulcanizer, scorch retarder and several other rubber processing additives. In 2014, we paseed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificate audit. In 2016, we passed the TS16949 Quality System and OGSAS 18001 certificate audit.
