Rubber Anti-ozone Wax LW317
Composition:
Mixture of paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax
Properties:
Appearance: white - faint yellow granules
Congealing point: 63-69ºC(ASTM D938)
Kinematic viscosity (cSt, at 100ºC): 6.3-8.2 (ASTM D445)
Penetration degree (dmm, at 25ºC): 10.0-25.0 (ASTM D1321)
Refractive index (at 100ºC): 1.426-1.435 (ASTM D1747)

Performance and Application:
1. Form a steadily tenacious and compact wax layer on rubber product surface after the rubber product is vulcanized, and efficiently prevent rubber cracking caused by ozone. Featured with a medium migration rate so that to provide long term protection.
2. Having a wider and higher carbon distribution in average molecular weight, can be classified as normal temperature protection, so that the recommended applicable temperature range is 10-45ºC.
3. Can be benefited from the collaboration with chemical anti-aging agents due to the better effects at preventing rubber cracking. Suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber; suitable for tyre, rubber tube, cable, sole, tape etc.
4. Have different performances when used together with different compounds, such as polymer, filler, chemical antiozonant etc.

Our Plant
One of our plants is located in the Zheshang Science and Technology Park in Jiashan, Zhejiang. This plant is at the center of prosperous Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai economic zone, and has achieved fasr and sustainable growth since the establishment due to strong market demand and our outstanding research and quality control capabilities.
This plant can provide high quality masterbatches, homoginizer, vulcanizer, scorch retarder and several other rubber processing additives. In 2014, we paseed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificate audit. In 2016, we passed the TS16949 Quality System and OGSAS 18001 certificate audit.
