1. Q: How can I obtain samples?
A: Please send the Item Number or a picture of the product to our E-mail. We will check the details and respond promptly.
2. Q: Are free samples available?
A: We provide existing samples at no charge, but the freight costs will be borne by you.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be charged. However, we will refund the sample fee if the order quantity is substantial and once the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies by item. Generally, it is 5,000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.

A: Yes, we have obtained certifications like BSCI, EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, etc.
6. Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer various delivery terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and can ship by air, sea, or rail.
