Natural rubber water pump spares
The rubber parts are wear resistant and corrosion resistant, usually used for acid working conditions,such as tailing in mining industry, slurry with small particles and no rough edges. The whole displacement part includes Cover Plate Liner, Throat bush, Frame plate liner, Frame Plate Liner Insert. The rubber spare parts material is natural rubber, synthetic rubber, EPDM Rubber, Nitrile Rubber, Fluororubber or any other as requests,which guarantees excellent performance including wear resistance, chemical resistance , waterproof and higher operating temperature range from -40-75ºC.The Rubber impeller dimension is same with High Chrome Alloy Impeller. We also could provide Rubber Slurry Pump with Metal Impeller. Impeller is the most important spare parts of a Centrifugal Slurry Pump. Centrifugal pumps need impeller to produce the centrifugal force which processing the slurries. The centrifugal force is generated by the impeller when it runs to a certain speed.
Rubber Pump Liners: Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and ease of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomers. Elastomer seal rings back all liner joints.
