Flat handle (internal) paper bag has the same weight capacity with the twisted handle bag with a very low-cost handle manufacture. The flat handle inside the bag greatly saves the packing case size and the cost. The operation of the machine is simple and efficient. It is much welcome in the market.
1. Servo adjustable former, adjust the face width & gusset size automatically; greatly reducing the debugging time.
2. The drum is equipped with vacuum assist, for better control during bag bottom formation.
3. Equipped with Mitsubishi electric control system, Mitsubishi motion controller (CPU), to realize high speed and high precision, motion control, production flow test. The touch screen display, the operation function is clear.
4. Equipped with German BST automatic WEB guiding system, can reduce waste and improve efficiency.
5. Equipped with automatic lubricating oil system.
6. Internal handle is applied using a single ply of paper, using water-based glue. The handle can be folded and concealed inside the bag or exposed standing up.
7. The optional 2-4 color flexo printing machine unit as a key recommendation, greatly saving manufacturing costs and improving efficiency.
8. The optional automatic counting paper bag stacking system liberates the the work intensity of the collector.
