Silver mirrors use chemical plating methods. The entire production process is completed in one go using a fully automatic production line. The length of the production line is about 240 meters. The glass is fed from the glass to the loading end, where it is polished and cleaned, sensitized, silver-plated, copper-plated, painted, baked, then painted, and baked again. , cleaning, coding, and testing are fully automated to complete the production of silver-coated glass mirrors at one time, and the silver mirror plates coming out of the outlet can be packaged.
