Q2:How long is the warranty period ?
A:We offer 12 months warranty for the machine (main body) from the date of installation finished.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q4: What is your payment method?
A: 30% of total price should be paid by T/T as down payment; 70% balance payment should be paid by T/T before delivery. We also support L/C, Western Union.
Q5: How many types of bangbo concrete mixer pumps do you have?
A: The motor ,diesel and electric.
If you need electric motor one, please let us know your power situation, such as in China, it is 380Voltege & 50 HZ. If you need diesel motor concrete mixer pump, the brand of diesel engine you like, it is Cummins or Deutz or Chinese Weichai,yuchai ?
Q6: How long and high is the pump distance?
A: We can provide 2 floors to 12 floors. Please let us know the vertical and horizontal delivery distance should reach. Or please let me know the tall building's total height.
