1) What certificates are available for your adult electric dirt bike? Does your factory offer EEC and COC Paper file?
A: For the certificate, we have ISO 9001, CE, EEC, COC Paper.

2) What is your MOQ? Can I just order one or two sample bikes and how long will it take?
A: Sure. we do offer sample bikes (2 or 4 units) for wholesalers and motorsports dealer. Usually, it takes About 5-7 working days to arrange the sample bikes. And about 30-45 days arrive your front door. It depends on your country and location

3) Do you accept OEM Dirt Bikes for my company? Can I have my own customized logo decals on the e-bikes?
A: Sure, OEM service can be accepted. Your customized requirements for logo, color, design, package, your language manual etc. This needs MOQ, feel free to ask us for more details.

4) What's the MOQ for customized bikes decals or stickers?
A: Our MOQ is 50 sets, contact our OEM service person for more details.

5) How long is the dirt bike order production leading time?
A: The production date of sample order is within 5-7 working days, and the production date of bulk order needs to ask our sales staff.

6) What's the delivery time?
A: It takes about 30-45 days for shipment to the EU.
It takes about 25-35 days for shipment to the USA.
It takes about 25-30 days for shipment to the AU.

7) What kind terms of payment can be accepted?

8) How does your bike factory carry out quality control?
A: We attach great importance to quality control. Every part of our products has its own QC department. Each item will go through three quality inspections before departure, and it will be allowed to send out only after it has obtained a certificate of conformity.

A: Our warranty time is 12 months from date of machine arriving at your destination port.

So sometimes your needs may be different configurations and different quantities, so we need to give the final best price according to your requirements.
