1) SMS nonwoven fabric is made from Polypropylene, There are tri-layer, spunbond + meltblown + spunbond nonwoven. Through special treatment, SMS nonwoven fabric owns many special features, such as Medical Repellent(anti-alcohol, anti-blood,anti-oil)grade, Anti-static, Anti-mildew and anti-bacterial, Extra soft, Hydrophobic, etc.

2) The SMS fabric is widely used to produce isolation gowns, surgical gowns, surgical drapes and covers, surgical masks, surgical scrub suits, caps, medical packaging, gloves, shoe covers, and wound dressings.

3) The fabric weight, color, fabric width, and roll length all can be customized. We have an internal laboratory, that can test the pull, tearing strength, fabric weight, ingredients, hydrostatic pressure, and others, to make sure every batch of fabric totally meet the customers' standard.

 

We have achieved the following certificates: 
CE(TUV), ISO13485, ISO9001, EN14683 TYPE I, TYPE II, TYPE IIR, ASTM Level 2 for face masks, EN13795-1 for gowns, and EN13795-2 for the scrub suits. Registered medical face mask, disposable SMS gowns, PP+PE gowns, scrub suit, caps, and shoe covers under (EU) 2017/745.
Registered surgical mask and surgical gowns under UKCA in MHRA, registered FDA 510K for non-sterile surgical mask Level 2. The TYPE 4B,TYPE 5,TYPE 6 certificates for coveralls.

2. We have a complete QC system in the production, the income for all fabric and accessories is recorded, and every production step is recorded, excluding the necessary QC, there are running quality inspectors in every production line to check the quality all the time.
3. We will do the final Inspection before shipment, and send you the inspection reports and photos.
4. You can also ask the 3rd party to do an inspection before shipment.
