Application:
Sanitary butterfly valve, including automatic/manual butterfly valve, is a kind of valve regulating the flow of the medium, widely used in beer, beverage, dairy, fruit juice, pharmaceutical, biological engineering and other fields.
Working principle:
The butterfly valve can be operated remotely by the actuator or manually by the handle.
The actuator converts the axial motion of a piston into a 90° rotation of the valve shaft to achieve control of pipeline fluid and on/off tasks. There are three kinds of pneumatic actuator devices.
Normally closed (NC) spring off/ air on ; Normally open (NO) spring on/ gas off; Double-acting type (A/A) air on/ off
The multi-bit handle for duckbeak manual operation can be adjusted by 15° position to mechanically lock the valve in its open or closed 12 positions to achieve the purpose of controlling the medium flow, and the pull rod handle can be mechanically locked in its open or closed 3 positions through 3 multi-function positioning, but also to achieve the purpose of controlling the medium flow.
Design feature:
Regardless of the connection method, the valve body is replaceable and does not change the total length of the valve connection method: quick assembly, welding, threading, flange.
The material contact part is SS304/SS316L, and other parts are SS304
