Vacuum seal molding called V method molding, the process is a physical mehtod by using of single dry sand(no water binder and appendages), molding by plastic film with vent and suction devices,after heating and then sealed the sand box, pumping out air by vacuum pump, the pressure compact the dry sand to the needed shape.
Usually the V method casting line includes molding units and sand processing units.
The main equipments are as followed:
Molding units: pattern - film covering equipment - film stretching plate - molding sand bank - vibrated table - empty box turnover machine - drying equipment - sand box - manipulator and others
Sand processing units:shakeout grille - vibrating conveyor sand machine - magnetic separator - boiling cooling classifier and others.

V method sand box contains side exhaust filter type, perforated pipe perforated pipe filter type, side suction combined type and vertical molding pouring type etc.
PROCESS:
pattern-film heating-film forming-film coating-flask setting-sand filling-top film forming-pattern suction/pattern draw-mould closing/pouring-mould releasing
