1. There are total 30 production lines for baby diapers, adult diapers, baby wipes, sanitary pads, under pads and their raw materials. We are loading over 100 containers monthly, including OEM and our own brands.
2. We have established a strict quality supervision system and the most advanced laboratory along with professional QC team More than 300 workers are trained professionally and they work responsibly; Each machine is monitored by 2 general QC persons and 1 QC manager.
3. We're cooperating with reliable material suppliers. Material cost is more stable. The main components of diapers are non-woven, fluff pulp and SAP. We have own plant of non-woven, import fluff pulp from USA and SAP from Japan, which is well-known brand Sumitomo.
4. Our loading staff are young and experienced, loading 5 containers per day. With professional machine and skill, we assure the most loading quantity to save more shipping freight for clients.
