Product usage: This robot glazing station is used for automatic glazing of various sanitary ware. Robot instead of human, reduces labor , saves staff wage, reduces occupational diseases, glaze surface is uniform, improves product quality;easy to manage, eliminates staff quality interference.
Single robot glazing includes:
1-Japan Fanuc robot and its control cabinet
2-Stainless steel glazing booth
3-Spray gun from DEVILBISS, can design double spray gun or single gun.
4-Control system: from Germany Siemens 1200 series PLC
5-Supply glaze system: include diaphragm pump, stable pressure glaze tank
